Returns

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Items can be returned for a refund only, exchanges are not available.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition and free from damage, items must have original tags attached. We reserve the right to
reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please email nofear@virus.london with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a response with return instructions and
return address.

Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, all original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty or incorrect.
